At Precision our professional Diabetes Educator provides support and education for people with diabetes including gestational diabetes and pre-diabetes. We will be able to assist our clients with self management education, skills training and specific diabetes related information to empower and enable our clients to make informed lifestyle and treatment choices. We are able to support people in self-managing their diabetes, overcoming challenges, and leading their healthiest life possible through integrating holistic allied health services including podiatry, dietetics and physiotherapy services in Hindmarsh.
